Designation: Chief Impact Officer, Krushal Open Commerce

Namrata Vora is Chief Impact Officer at Krushal, a farm services venture that modernises the first mile of milk in India, the world’s largest dairy market. She mobilises corporate and government partners to set up closed-loop ecosystems to strengthen milk quality and yield as well as farmer incomes.

As a core member of Aarti for Girls, she has worked on rural access and gender gaps for over 20 years: 10,000+ girls sheltered and/or rescued from abuse and 60,000+ women trained towards financial independence. She was also recognised as a Freeman of the City of London for coaching 200+ minority women to access university education.

Namrata is an advisor to Kreskado, a Swiss-India venture studio building deep tech and deep impact ventures. Her prior experience includes incubation and finance roles at Inklude Labs, Procter & Gamble and KPMG India. She is an alumna of IIT Madras and IIM Lucknow – and is regularly back on campus at various IITs to facilitate student and faculty mental health programs.
